You can use the same PayslipMaker installation to work on multiple organization data files.
You switch from one organization to another by Backing Up and Restoring. (You need to have a licensed data file for each organization.)
Switching One Data File to Another:
1. Make a back up of the current data file
2. Restore the data file of the other organization

Backing Up Steps:
1. On Home Page click Backup
2. Make sure the DataFileSuffix field has a short version of the organization name (with no spaces)
(eg. Useful Company Kenya Ltd can just be “Useful” in the DataFileSuffix)
3. Click Back up button: “Save Backup To Above Folders”
Two backups are made:
a. The one to DataFiles folder keeps being overwritten with the latest backup,
b. The one to Backups folder is added with the current date and time appended, old ones are not deleted.
Restoring Steps:
1. On Home Page click Restore
2. You should see previous backups listed in the two columns
3. Double click on the backup you want to Restore
